Злокачественный нарциссизм

Злокачественный нарциссизм — теоретическая концепция расстройства личности, принципиально отличающаяся от типичного нарциссического расстройства личности (НРЛ) наличием антисоциального поведения, эгосинтонного садизма и параноидальной ориентации[1][2] при сохранении некоторой способности к чувству вины и лояльности[2].

Злокачественный нарциссизм не признан диагностической категорией ни в одной из основных систем классификации психических расстройств, в том числе, в[3] DSM-5-TR,[4] или МКБ-11, последняя из которых диагностирует расстройства личности размерно, а не категориально[5]. Скорее, это состояние рассматривается как подкатегория НРЛ[6][7]. Хотя злокачественный нарциссизм не признан отдельным расстройством, Альтернативная модель DSM-5 для расстройств личности, — представленная в разделе III как DSM-5, так и DSM-5-TR, — явно упоминает «злокачественный нарциссизм» как пример случая, когда для НРЛ могут быть указаны дополнительные антагонистические черты, характерные для антисоциального расстройства личности[8][9][10].
